Yes, we supply garlic powder (80–100 mesh), granules (40–60 mesh), minced garlic (1–3mm), chopped garlic, and whole dried flakes from the same dehydration facilities.
By default, our garlic powder is 100% pure dehydrated garlic with zero additives. Food-grade anti-caking agents (such as silicon dioxide or tricalcium phosphate at max 1%) can be added only upon buyer request.
Our garlic powder is dried to below 6.0% moisture and double-bagged in airtight polyethylene liners inside heavy export cartons to prevent moisture absorption during maritime transit.
